Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship from our facility in Tampa, Florida.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on every U.S. order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden handling fees.
How quickly will my order ship? We process orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, begin processing the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
How long will delivery take? Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated transit time of 2–3 business days. Including processing, most orders arrive within about 3–4 business days of being placed.
Will I get tracking? Yes. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label has been created.
What if I entered the wrong address? Email us at info@haloven.com as soon as possible. Because we process orders within 1 business day, we can only correct an address before the order ships.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it — what now? First contact USPS using your tracking number, as they can often locate recently delivered packages. If you still need help, email info@haloven.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Returns, Refunds & Our Guarantee
What is your guarantee? Every order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order being marked as delivered.
Do I have to mail the product back? No. Because the gummies are a consumable wellness product, we can't accept physical returns for safety and hygiene reasons — and you never pay return shipping. Just request your refund by email.
How do I request a refund? Email info@haloven.com within 30 days of delivery with your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout. Email is our official channel for refund requests.
How long do refunds take? We review requests within 2–3 business days. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days, and your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Email info@haloven.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I skip, swap, or cancel my subscription? Yes — you're in full control. You can manage, skip, swap, or cancel anytime from the Manage Subscriptions link in your account, or by emailing info@haloven.com. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before your upcoming renewal date.

What are Haloven Chlorophyll Gummies? A daily sweet-mint gummy with three plant-powered active ingredients, formulated to support fresh breath, fresh skin, and daily freshness from the inside out.
What's in each serving? A 2-gummy serving contains 100mg of Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin (a water-soluble, highly absorbable form of chlorophyll), 20mg of parsley leaf extract, and 20mg of peppermint leaf extract — with no proprietary blends or fillers, and just 4g of sugar.
How do I take them? Two gummies in the morning, with or without food. No loading dose and no cycling required.
When will I notice results? Everyone is different. Many people notice early changes within the first few weeks, with the fullest effect typically settling in around weeks five to eight. Consistent daily use is key.
What do they taste like? A naturally sweet, cooling peppermint flavor — no bitter or grassy aftertaste, and no green liquid to choke down.
