Shipping Policy

At Haloven, we work hard to get your order packed, processed, and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit.

Shipping Location

Haloven is based in Tampa, Florida, and all orders are shipped from the United States.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your location and the fastest available shipping option, orders may be shipped through one of the following carriers:

USPS, UPS, or FedEx

We choose the carrier that allows us to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive your package within approximately 3–5 business days.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional carrier delays may happen due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Haloven is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@haloven.com so we can try to correct it before the order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
