Refund policy

At Haloven, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. Haloven Chlorophyll Gummies are a consumable wellness product, and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened, unopened, used, or unused products back once they have been delivered.

However, eligible customers may request a refund within 30 days of their order being marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us by email at info@haloven.com within 30 calendar days of your order’s tracking status being marked as delivered.

Refund requests must be sent directly to info@haloven.com. Contacting us through any other channel, including social media, direct messages, comments, SMS, chat, or any other method outside of email, will not qualify as an official refund request.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day delivery window will automatically be disqualified from receiving any refund.

To help us review your request, please include your full name, order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief explanation of your issue.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund after it has been issued.

Haloven reserves the right to deny refund requests that are incomplete, submitted outside the required email channel, submitted after the 30-day window, or appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy.
